But the most unique haunted house for 2022 has to be The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare - a house where you’ll have to survive a living nightmare from The Weeknd’s (yep, the extremely talented singer) After Hours videos (think: bandaged maniacs performing plastic surgery and slashers carving unwanted smiles onto people). And the best part is the houses change every year, so even if you’ve been to HHN in the past, you’ll get an entirely new experience every time.Īnd this year’s haunted houses might just be some of their best yet! The 2022 lineup includes a few that are based on movies, like “The Black Phone” and “Halloween,” as well as original ideas like Spirits of the Coven, Bugs: Eaten Alive, Dead Man’s Pier: Winter’s Wake, Descendants of Destruction, Fiesta de Chupacabras and more. ![]() The beloved event, which runs on select nights from early September right up until Halloween, features a handful of haunted houses that are set up throughout the park. (I can attest to this one year, a haunted house featured the very strong scent of “burnt flesh” that they also sold as a candle scent). It’s highly recommended that children under the age of 13 do not attend due to the terrifying nature of the haunted houses and the overall transformed park.
